Shree Bhairav Charitable Trust (Estd. In 1966)

The Trust has conducted 367 surgical Eye – camps in rural areas of Rajasthan & Maharashtra from 1966 to 1996.In these camps, 165465 patients has been operated.
It started Shree Bhairav Eye hospital in 1979 at Bisalpur, Dist. Pali in Rajasthan, it is a 150 bedded eye hospital. In this hospital 228895 patients are been operated till 2019.
The trust also organizes various other camps in tribal & rural areas in Rajasthan like

COVID Relief Activity / Community Kitchen

During the Pandemic, Bhairav Seva Samiti was actively engaged in providing food to the migrants and needy. Key highlights are as follows:

Served 605343 meals in 54 days in Association with Govt. of Maharashtra from ‘Community Kitchen
Efforts reaped off and benefitted 300 team mates till Lockdown 3.0
Distributed around 35.5 tonne of groceries and utility items in tribal & rural paR of Jawhar, Mokhada, Vikramgad & Bhiwandi
Distributed 39114 face mask made of 100% cotton fabric.
Served Ration & Utility kits to 3275 families from Bhiwandi.
Organised a blood donation drive and collected 295 bottle of bloodas hospitals & blood banks were running short during lockdown.
Served necessary medicines to elderly and disabled people throughpost-man network in 10 villages of Bhiwandi
Sanitized 164 housing societies door-to-door
We reached out to 30000 distressed labourers walking back to their ‘Muluk’, SBSS provided them food, Homemade snacks, biscuit, drinking water, masks, caps, medicines, ORS, milk powder, safe walk coIouJuI stripes, foot-wear.
Served meals, snacks, water bottles and masks to the passengers of four ‘Shramik Specials trains’ at Bhiwandi and Kalyan stations
Worked with seven Govt. agencies, Govt. of Maharashtra, India Post, indian Railway, BNCMC, Maharashtra Police, Maharashtra Central Exice, Mumbai Police to reach out to needy people at large.
